The Cave des Vignerons de Buxy was born from the will of winegrowers of the Côte Chalonnaise to unite around a common project: to vinify, mature and market their wines together. Our vines are spread over different small parcels of the Côte Chalonnaise. They draw from a flinty soil all the delicacy that characterizes our Bourgogne Aligoté “Silex”.
